CAD DESIGN
Our process begins with our talented designers transforming conceptual sketches into detailed CAD designs. These digital creations are then brought to life through 3D printing, producing a tangible prototype.
DESIGN MOULD
We create a mold using silicone, rubber, or metal, capturing the impression of the CAD design. The mold is crafted in two parts—the top half holds the upper portion of the design, and the bottom half holds the lower portion. When these two halves are assembled together, they complete the design, resulting in a cuboid shape with a precisely positioned opening on one side.
INDUSTRIAL WAX DESIGN
Industrial wax is injected into the mold through the designated opening, filling every crevice and detail to form a precise wax replica of the design. Based on requirements, multiple pieces of the same design are produced.
WAX DESIGN TREE
All wax pieces are carefully assembled around a central wax rod, forming a structure reminiscent of a pine tree. This method helps us keep a well-organized record of all jewelry produced for each order and design.
P.O.P MOULD
The wax tree is placed inside a flask and inserted into an investment machine. Here, industrial P.O.P. powder is mixed with water in a predetermined ratio while air bubbles are removed. The resulting paste is poured into the flask, completely encasing the wax tree. Next, the flask is transferred to a furnace and heated at 700 degrees for 12 hours. This process melts away the industrial wax, leaving behind a precise P.O.P. tree mold.
METAL CASTING
Inside the casting machine, the P.O.P. tree mold is positioned with the metal arranged in its designated places. The machine then seals itself in an airtight manner. Once the appropriate codes are entered, the metal is heated to 1000 degrees and poured into the P.O.P. tree mold.
JETTING MACHINE
The hot, still-burning flask containing the metal tree is carefully removed from the casting machine and placed in the jetting machine. Here, an experienced technician cools it under running water, which cleans off the P.O.P. residue from the flask and reveals the metal tree—a precise replica of the wax tree created in the previous step.
VERMEIL AND JEWELRY SETTING
Vermeil is applied to the metal settings according to our strict standards, ensuring our jewelry resist scratching and damage. Next, gemstones are carefully set into the fashion artificial jewellery settings following the design specifications. This process is executed manually by our experienced artisans using state-of-the-art tools, with meticulous attention to detail.
QUALITY CHECK
Every piece of jewelry receives a final finishing touch before being sent to our quality control department. Here, each item is meticulously inspected by our experts according to industry-standard parameters. We take pride in our rigorous process, which results in less than 1% rejection rate across all production lots.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
