Shipping Methods:

• We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for all domestic shipments.
• Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Note: If an order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

International Orders:

For shipments to Canada and all other countries, we use USPS – the United States Postal Service. You can choose between:

• Priority Mail International: Delivery in 6-10 days.
• Priority Mail International Express: Delivery in 3-5 days.

Alternatively, you can opt for UPS or another carrier by contacting our Customer Service team.

Please note that our international shipping rates are weight-based, with all weights rounded up to the next full pound to align with carrier policies.

Important: Our shipping fees do not include any charges imposed by your country’s Customs Agency. The recipient is responsible for any additional fees, such as tariffs and duties. For questions regarding these fees, please contact your local Customs Agency.

Returns Policy

At Kavthani.com, we want you to be a happy customer. We guarantee 100% satisfaction and are happy to accept returns for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Please email us before returning any item. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, and returns may incur up to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Any missing or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

1. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the return.
2. Include all original packaging in the return shipment, such as the jewelry item, its box, pouch, and a copy of the invoice.
3. Clearly mark the package with “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN” to indicate the processing type.

Special ordered or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
